Modirum Defence, a global leader in defence and security solutions, announces significant leadership changes following the acquisition of PWin Defence Consultancy Ltd. Matthew Millward, formerly Managing Director at PWin, will step into the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), succeeding Elias Silvola, who stepped into the position of CEO as of April.
The appointment of Matthew Millward as Chief Commercial Officer at Modirum Defence underscores the shared values and vision that drive the company forward.

Matthew brings decades of experience to Modirum. He served for 22 years in the Royal Air Force as an engineer, followed by positions at BAE Systems and Systematic Software Engineering A/S, where he cultivated a strong understanding of the defence industry and a passion for collaborative partnerships. In 2021, he founded PWin Defence Consultancy, emphasizing his commitment to delivering winning business strategies and innovative solutions within the defence sector.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Matthew Millward will lead Modirum Defence’ efforts in innovation and international growth.
