The company offers a wide range of services such as: Purchase and leasing of real estate, development of existing properties, market research for new investments and management of common facilities.<\/p>\n
The construction of Manastiri Resort was carried out under the supervision of AlbStar – a leading company in the civil and industrial construction sector in Albania, but not only. \nis identified by its contemporary architectural features as its pure, simplistic shape enriched by tilted planes and holes. The usage of volumes creates a suggestive shadow play, enhanced by the red Persian marble. The 10-floor residence consists of 3 levels of underground parking, a mixed-use entrance level (commercial area and reception), and 9 levels of luxury apartments. The latter exist in 12 different typologies, varying in shape and size, and providing private terraces. The two public green terraces crown the design of the modern building.<\/p>\n<\/div>
