International Savings Day: Management of personal finances
In celebration of International Savings Day, AAB, in collaboration with the German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation, conducted a one-day training session titled “Management of Personal Finances” on October 31, 2023.
This training embraced the innovative approach of “learning by playing/having fun,” introducing creative techniques for effective personal finance management. The methodology encouraged participants to address real-life situations, fostering a practical understanding of financial concepts. The training session was specifically designed for the youngest staff members of banks and student interns, providing them with valuable insights into optimal financial management.
